Young marketing firm claims a spot on the Dallas Business Journal's prestigious list for 2016
Dallas, July 21, 2016 — Tandem Theory, an integrated marketing services firm, has been named one of the "Best Places to Work" by Dallas Business Journal's ranking of North Texas companies for 2016.
Every year, an independent research firm surveys the employees of several hundred companies. Based on their findings, the firm narrows the nominees down to a list of finalists that exemplify the core characteristics of a great place to work, including culture, morale and work environment. Tandem Theory is honored to be among the 100 companies chosen to receive this year’s coveted title out of 460 nominations.
Tandem Theory’s arrival on Dallas Business Journal’s prestigious list underscores the firm’s commitment to the spirit of connectedness and working in tandem. Since founding the firm in 2014, CEO Michelle Hagen has invested in the organization’s most valued asset, its team members, a diverse pool of talent whose continuous efforts have developed and defined the company’s rich culture.
The young firm has earned several impressive distinctions in its three-years of operation, including being selected agency of record for national home décor retailer, At Home. However, being named a top employer in one of the nation’s largest markets serves as an especially meaningful accolade to the Tandem Theory team.
Official category rankings for the Dallas Business Journal's 2016 "Best Places to Work" will be announced September 15.
