SOLUTION

Create an ambassador program, leveraging design and lifestyle experts that build affinity and credibility for the brand

  • Recruited 22 brand advocates in key markets, within different customer segments
  • They generated over 300 pieces of content per month, used across all owned channels, as well as the Influencers’ channels
  • Complemented the ambassador program with micro-influencers to maintain steady flow of fresh content and impressions
  • Created custom landing page as hub for content

  • Generated over 15M impressions, 1, 265 images, 645 social posts and 52,559 social engagements over the course of 8 months
