Tandem Theory Promotes Megan Flynn to Chief Strategy Officer

DALLAS, TEXAS – December 20, 2023 – Tandem Theory, a data-driven marketing agency, today announced the promotion of Megan Flynn to Chief Strategy Officer. In this newly created leadership role, Flynn will oversee the agency’s newly integrated client service, strategic planning, and media teams, driving a collaborative approach to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions for clients.

Flynn brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success to her new role. Prior to her promotion, she led both the client service and new business teams, during which time the agency experienced record growth and was recognized on the INC 5000 list for four consecutive years.
